Poker Mavens deals the cards. Everything around it — the server, the website, the upkeep — is the part clubs would rather not run themselves.
Setup
A licensed Poker Mavens install on a Windows server of its own, with a domain, a valid certificate, and tables players reach from a browser or a phone with nothing to download.
Licensing, the Windows box, DNS and certificates are handled as one job. You give us the name you want the room to have; we hand back a room your players can log into.
The club website
Poker Mavens runs the tables and nothing else. Clubs need more than that — member sign-up, chip ledgers, tournament results, hand history, a dashboard the owner can actually read. We build that layer and wire it into the poker server.
It is a real website, not a link to a lobby: your club's name, your branding, and a front door that makes sense to a player who has never used Poker Mavens before.
Operations
Version upgrades, backups, certificate renewals, and the Saturday-night call when a table stops dealing. Rooms we look after stay up.
Poker Mavens runs on Windows, which means a server that needs watching rather than one that looks after itself. That watching is the service.
Custom work
Beyond the standard club site, we have built side games that run alongside the tables on their own balance — blackjack, a club lottery and a slot machine — along with tournament result archives and per-player hand history. If your club needs something Poker Mavens does not do, ask.
Custom table graphics, card decks and avatars are a Poker Mavens Pro and Gold feature. Lite rooms cannot use them.
